ABOUT RAY

I am a dedicated freelance photographer and digital artist who truly enjoys creating new and exciting images. I am self-taught and have learned photography, like most everyone else, through experience and the school of hard knocks.
I do have a background in computers which has helped me take advantage of the many software programs and utilities to enhance images and create digital masterpieces.

In some of my images I am merely trying to display the exceptional photographic qualities of a subject. Other times I am trying to create a mood or atmosphere by creation of artistic or painterly effects to create a more surreal view of the subject.
My goal in all my work is to get the viewer involved in the scene I've created and ultimately say "wow" what a great piece of work.

I have traveled extensively and I am available for assignments anywhere in the world.
